Decent for a quick stay

This place was alright for a family trip. The breakfast was handy, and we loved the location near the beach. Our rooms took forever to be ready, though, and the staff seemed pretty clueless about what was going on. The noise from the hallway was a bit much, but we managed. Could've been cleaner overall.

stayed at holiday inn express for one night before a cruise. the location is perfect, super close to the cruise terminal and airport. the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the shuttle service was very convenient. i appreciated the hotel's effort to keep things running smoothly.

i do recommend the hotel but wish they had better oversight on room maintenance.

We took the Water Taxi for a fun day and enjoyed great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was better than expected, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Plus, the shuttle to the cruise port made everything smooth for our trip.

We did have a bit of a hiccup waiting for shuttle pickup, which took longer than expected. It was challenging to track down where it would arrive.

The bathroom was stocked with all necessary amenities, though the view from my window was disappointing—a concrete wall just five feet away. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. there were plenty of hot and cold items, and the warm cinnamon buns were a highlight. However, I experienced a delay in shuttle service. waiting around 15 to 20 minutes after arriving at the airport was inconvenient. Additionally, while the overall condition of the room was good, some updates are needed, as the view and the confined feeling of the space could definitely improve. If they could address these small issues, I’d be more inclined to recommend this place.
